As has been our practice for the last 5 years, we dedicate Saturday mornings in April to clean-up areas of Mount Dennis. We have seen much reduction in the amount of litter over the time period, but there are still some out there that think it is OK to dump garbage in the parks or toss their litter on the streets.
Hope you enjoy the pictures – thanks to our many volunteers who came out on some pretty cold and wet mornings. Also we are happy to see that there are people in the neighbourhood who regularly pick up garbage as they walk thru the neighbourhood – keep up the good work.
